Mario has successfully helped manage large ground-up construction projects. As an onsite superintendent and project manager, he coordinated all phases from site development through certificate of occupancy, managing teams of 40-70 workers with daily budgets in the hundreds of thousands. His expertise spans horizontal and vertical construction, MEP coordination, tenant improvements, and maintaining strict safety compliance while delivering projects on-time and within budget. Mario is also bilingual.
